What are my payment options?
We accept payment through Credit/Debit card. Alternative payment methods include PayNow and PayLah. Do feel free to send us an email at enquiry@jellifilm.com if you have any further questions.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of undamaged and unused products within 7 days from day of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start the return procedure, drop us an email at enquiry@jellifilm.com with the following details:

Reason for returning the items
We will contact you within 1 - 3 working days with further information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Strictly exchanges only, no refunds at this time. We reserve the right to deny returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
Are you a real company?
Unfortunately, we are not a real company!
We are a group of SIM-UB students working on a multimedia project for our Interpersonal Communication module. This website, as well as our Instagram page and physical posters, are our artifacts which will be graded by our course instructor. Nonetheless, the passion and enthusiasm we have towards our work is equivalent to that of a legitimate corporation!
