Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped out within 7 working days via your selected shipping option unless they are pre-order items. Confirmation emails will be sent to the buyer's preferred email address to notify that an item has been shipped out.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of undamaged and unused products within 7 days from day of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start the return procedure, drop us an email at enquiry@jellifilm.com with the following details:

Order Number and name of incorrect or defective item(s) purchased
Picture of the incorrect or defective items
Reason for returning the items

We will contact you within 1 - 3 working days with further information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Strictly exchanges only, no refunds at this time. We reserve the right to deny returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

Warranty at Jellifilms

We do not offer any warranty for our cameras since they are made to be disposable. You may refer to our return policy should you find that your purchased item is faulty. Feel free to contact us at enquiry@jellifilm.com for more clarification :)

*Additional Information procured for Customized Gifts: MBTI type, Love Language type, Attachment Style as per specified by buyer, Photographs and Spotify playlist submitted by buyer
